ASPE SDLC Training proudly offers a "virtual" option for receiving our quality training. We have invested in the best options to deliver our highly interactive, case-study driven courses on Systems/Software Development Lifecycle issues over the internet.

Our online training options utilize Cisco’s WebEx technology. The great thing about this tool is that as you attend via your computer, the "voice side" of the course uses a phone conference bridge, which greatly reduces technical hurdles a learner has to face in attending. You get ease of access and an easy online environment to learn the material. We know you want the knowledge without the pain of learning how to access a class. Our online courses using Cisco's WebEx solution make that desire a reality.

With LIVE Instructor-Led Training over the Internet from ASPE you get everything a traditional physical classroom course provides, including:

Live expert instruction: The instructor is live during a virtual delivery and can answer any of your questions in real time. You can communicate with the instructor both electronically and verbally with our technology, interacting just as you would in the classroom.
Courseware: Our virtual classes use the same courseware as our classroom courses. Prior to the course date, we directly deliver all the materials each student would get in a normal class.
Labs: The critical component, we perform hands-on group activities in breakout sessions utilizing the power of the Cisco WebEx tool. Breakout sessions are conducted just as they would be in a classroom setting.
Peer Interaction: Even in this virtual environment you will gain valuable knowledge interacting with your peers in class, in our breakout sessions, and during course lectures.

Cancellation Policy:
Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start date of class will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. You may cancel your reservation by providing ASPE with written notice via email at customerservice@aspeinc.com. If a cancellation/transfer request is received in writing, less than 10 business days prior to the class start date, payment will still be due, no refunds will be issued and you will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. You will be allowed to apply your paid course tuition to the same course or one of equal value within 1 year from the original course start date. Only one reenrollment opportunity is allowed per person. Failure to attend the course without written notification via fax or email prior to the start of the course will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price. If ASPE is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.
