Steve Knier, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Knier has 21 years of experience in the training of technical and business professionals. He was the founder and CEO of American Research Group, Inc., one of the largest privately held technical training companies in North America. American Research Group was purchased by Global Knowledge Network. Mr. Knier also was the founder and CEO of Perceptex, a multimedia technical training company focused on high-quality content development and the sales and distribution of proprietary and third-party self-paced training products. In addition, Mr. Knier served for five years as President of American Institute, Inc., an international training company that was instrumental in introducing one of the industry's first voice/data communication certification programs. He co-founded National Business Institute, Inc., a U.S.-based training company that provided business-to-business professional business management courses and Professional Education Systems Inc., a continuing legal education training company that provided a complete curriculum of training courses for the legal, financial and business communities.
David Mantica, President
David Mantica has over 15 years of training management and delivery experience. He has developed e-learning, instructor-led, live web e-learning, and training programs for Fortune 500 companies worldwide. He was instrumental in the development of the CompTIA Learning Alliance, chaired its Training Provider Task Force and held positions on the boards of the DSLcon and Frame Relaycon trade shows. He helped found the TruSecure Certification offering, has written numerous articles for Certification Magazine, Outside Plant Magazine, & Communication News. David has spoken at major education and technology conferences including Comdex Chicago, OSP Conference, 1-jobs Career Fairs, and ACUTA Conferences and has lead over 15 web seminars informing over 1500 business professionals on training and technology issues.
Frank Beanland, CFO
Frank Beanland has 20 years of experience in the IT industry in various capacities of CFO, accounting, finance, commercial, business development, technical support, account management, systems integration and entrepreneurial management. As a partner and Chief Financial Officer for Csoft International, Frank has used 15 years in the retail systems industry to build and run a profitable startup software organization developing the premier Point-of-Sale solution for the retail industry and a new E-Commerce POS solution for the Wireless Telco and ASP market. He sold Csoft International to Marconi Commerce Systems in 1999.
