ASPE-SDLC’s Three-Level Project Management Curriculum of courses ASPE-SDLC has built a unique curriculum of project management courses, giving you a three-dimensional approach to Project Management. We first have courses tied specifically and directly to the methods and practices advocated by PMI in its Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK version 4), the acknowledged de facto standard for project management processes (we’ve been a Global PMI Registered Education Provider since 2004). These PMI-aligned courses spread across our entry-level curriculum and our PMP Certification Prep Boot Camp. We also understand that Project Management is as much an art as a science, requiring practice and real-world skills development to ensure success. So we have developed a curriculum of courses offering Project Managers the opportunity to practice and fine-tune their skills in the best real-world environment available in the classroom. We ensure that PMBOK best practices are discussed and remain a foundation for your training, but we also specifically reach beyond the book to look at the world based on the realities of project management. You can find these classes in our Intermediate curriculum. Finally, Project Managers touch so many elements of systems and software development projects, and need such a variety of tools for success that we felt it was necessary to provide training on topics not directly related to Project Managers, but directly related to the PM role. These are our specialty classes, and they are what separate us from the competition in the world of Project Management training. If you are a PMP, there are only so many direct PM classes you can take for your PDUs before you reach rapidly diminishing returns. Our PM specialty courses all offer PDUs, but train the project manager on unique niche topics and tools that are still greatly beneficial to real-world project management skills. ![]() Project Management Courses
